Aphorism No. 403

For the soon-to-be college graduate: When you die, no one will say in your eulogy, “He graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in English.” That will be literally the least notable fact about you. What matters in life — what you will be remembered for — is what you do after your formal education ends.

Ask yourself this question: Have you ever actually seen a wolf in sheep’s clothing? And ask yourself a second question: What does “sheep’s clothing” even mean? — Sheep don’t wear clothes.
